3. We compared the main attributed of OUR LIVES today and the main attributes of Roman Life

After watching the clip, discuss the question with your partner
Task 2. With your partner brainstorm the following:
A. What aspects of our daily life really define our culture and our society today? (example: use of internet?)
B. If our modern city (let's say Coquitlam) got buried with volcanic ash (just like Pompeii did in 79AD), and got excavated 2000 years later, what would the future archaeologists and historians need to find in the rubble in order to truly understand our lives today?
Task 3. With your partner, narrow down your brainstorm lists to 3-4 main areas/aspects of modern life. Think and decide what would be the equivalent of the most important aspects of Roman life in comparison to the areas about our life that you chose (example: modern sports of hockey or football = Roman Gladiator Games)
